Article 2 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights states,

"EVERYONE is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty."

In simple words, there should not be discrimination on race, colour, sex, language, religion etc. and also it clearly says EVERYONE, That means every human being.

Now question is who should uphold, defend this Universal Declaration?
that should begins from United Nations(UN) all its subordinate organisations and signatory countries.

then comes next crucial question.

UN, its subordinate organisations and signatory countries really follow their own declarations, drafted policies and rules?

UN and all other countries agreed to Uphold and defend Universal Declaration of Human Rights but UN itself is violating its own declaration.

UN has created UN_WOMEN but there is no UN_MEN, there are hundreds of schemes and rules, laws, services only for Women and of course Animals but nothing for MEN. that shows descrimination among sex, even Article 2 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights says Everyone but Men are excluded from this Everyone.

Same applies to India, India has Ministry of Women and Child Development(WCD) and National Commission for Women but nothing for men.

UN, India and Many other countries has no such ministry for men nor any rules, Laws, services or facilities for Men, So UN, India and other countries not only violated their own declaration and doing mockery of their own agenda but terming

MEN ARE NOT HUMANS,
MEN HAVE NO FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS.

As Men have no Human rights, so their human rights are not violated as per UN/INDIA

UN, India discriminate among gender/sex in reality, shows double standard openly and Violate Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
