The present application has been listed before this Bench by the Registry in view of the urgency expressed therein.

The present application has been heard by way of video conferencing. By way of the present application the respondent-husband is seeking a direction to the appellant-wife to allow him to speak and meet his daughter aged 4½ years in accordance with the consensual order dated 29th April, 2019.

Issue notice.

Ms. Anu Narula, learned counsel for appellant accepts notice. She is directed to file a reply affidavit on or before 11th May, 2020 by 11.00 a.m. The fresh email address of Ms. Anu Narula, learned counsel for appellant as stated in the reply affidavit shall be taken on record. This Court directs that till the next date of hearing, appellant-wife shall ensure that the minor child has a WhatsApp/Google Duo/Zoom video chat with the respondent every day for half an hour between 6.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
