Many women in India after filling False cases against husband and his family to show their capacity to legally harass, they are ready to come back.
Here are few points what makes such Legal Terrorist come back….
1. She is loosing the case.
If she has the money why she will care for you. She does not have. after even getting the divorce from the husband how she will get the new Husband. Social community will take her in so easily imagine ?
What if she wins the case. Will she think the same like the way mentioned in the above. She will get another big innocent person to tame as she would be mastered ready for the next mission. Lady bond.
2. Social statusIf she wins she will get money, honey, home and more agrressive nature
If she is lossing the case then how the people always think imagine, if child is not there, and if child is there
3. Economical stability :
If she loses the case even her parents will go 2 step backwards. Husband is the last hope and she will go for re-union.
If she is in the winning stage she will not care husband and treat like a dog
4. Emotional status :
If she loses she expect you to take you her in
(If she at the winning side even if husband falls on wifes foot, Will she ready to take husband back….? NO.)
5. Lonleyness
By running between courts she thinks ok let me go and live with the husband. He will provide all the security along with care.
Before filing case does husband has not provided the same…? this new wisdom comes only after failing in her Attempt.
6. Grudge :
Initally her grudgeness will be high and hellbent you to teach a lesson. Then cools herself and simply says to ready to live with her husband and court will grant it.
If husband begs also court will not and fire the fuel for what ever the statement the wife provides by wife.
Most of the time, she failes to excute her plane properly to trap man, but is she allowed to come back next time she will trap him properly so he will not escape and she will win the case and money. May be next time she will stab herself and name husband,once Legal terrorist, always terrorist.
7. Next marriageHow one can imagine that the next marriage will like a hell. Even there are thousands of good people around and husbands are ready to have their best behaviour with the new wife as they have had already taken the taste of the ex wife and know how to tackle as the new one would be the new to the game.
I totally disagree getting women after once she files the case against the husband.
Still love factor will be there but how long, its one has to decide. If husbands are emotional then once again they are ready for the slavery, if not they will be the lions
So after all these example and our experience no above marriage is with happy ending or no such couple lead happy marital life.

dowry act was enforcd for women but unfortunetly most of the womens motherinlaws sisterinlaws who are no way concern are badly tortured
yes i do agree with all your comments, . Every year, 3 times more men commit suicide than women and yet there are no support systems or even laws to protect men. We got to do something to stop this ..
In divorce cases or any type of case under HMA there is legalised loot to extort money. If as alleged husband is wrong,why donot such women abandon them? such women to grab money without working donot abandon their unwanted husbands. They call them husbands in paper to get money. Because HMA is the only legal act in which a wrong woman can receive ample of money by levelling false allegations. Even courts have a tendency to protect wrong women and slaughter innocent people. But is the soul of the innocent that yearn for justice.Even if you prove the woman’s allegations false courts donot protect the man from the atrocities of the woman. However courts provide them ample of sum to cause more and more atrocities.One side some women bring thugs to kill them and anoter they say inside the court to accompany the unwanted husbands just noto lose the maintenance.Courts donot heed to such plight of men . I think the plight of a man is worse than an animals. Animals are fortunate enough as they have been protected by the law but an innocent man . Even the God is helpless to save him. Extract is a part of true story.
May God provide such wisdom to the leaders , lawyers and judges dealing with such cases. They treat such inflicted persons worse than animals.A person is guilty of telling the truth. Tere is a day-light robbery in the name of this wrong law.
