UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

The Court is convened through Video Conferencing.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The petitioners have inter alia prayed for daily electronic access in the form of minimum one­ hour video call be facilitated between the child and non­custodial parents who have already been granted visitation rights by any competent court.

We do not find it permissible to issue an encompassing guidelines on the said subject.

Learned counsel for the petitioners himself concedes that wherever the parties are mutually agreeable, they can always arrange for an electronic interaction and if there is resistance, they will have to approach the concerned Family Court for the purpose.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
