In order to trap and falsely prosecute the Applicant (————–) with IPC u/s —, —– and —–, the Complainant (Mrs. ————–) has fabricated the incident dated –/–/—- mentioned in her FIR.
Mrs. ————– (the Complainant) has made false allegations against the Applicant (————–) with the sole intention to incriminate and in order to take revenge, and to destroy his life purposely by misusing the Law.
Hence, I hereby request you to kindly direct the IO ————— for kindly preserving the CDR (Call Detail Record) and Location Records of my mobile numbers ————– and ————– for the date –/–/—- and also to take them On-Record and attach it with the Investigation Files for further proceedings in this case.
The above numbers are registered in my name and residential address. I am currently in possession of both these mobile numbers. Please consider the preserved CDR (Call Detail Record) and Location Records as part of the Investigation, since they are of utmost importance. This will ensure proper Investigation and help in equitable Implementation of Law and Justice; and also to bring out the real conduct of Mrs. ————– (the Complainant). I request you to kindly issue the appropriate orders to the IO ————– or Relevant Officer(s) with regard to my application and also to provide me with a reply at the earliest.
