Sr. No. 1 Video Clipping Submitted vide Exhibit 51/57

It was produced by the xxx and same was received by the present Petitioner vide a memory card from Respondent No.1’s .  Memory card as received is been in custody of present petitioner. Video Clipping has been reproduced in DVD and has not been altered in any manner.

 

Sr. No. 2 Call Recording Between Respondent No. 1 and Her Sister submitted vide Exhibit 51/44

It was produced by Call Recording Software installed in petitioner Mobile Phone of Make Micromax Canvas having IMEI number and same was been copied to computer of Present petitioner and that computer having sr. No. Of make xxx and model yyy is still being used by Petitioner. Same has been reproduced in DVD and has not been altered in any manner.

 

Sr. No. 3 : 2 Nos. of Call Recording between Respondent No. 1 and News Reporter Named Sachin Patil Submitted vide Exhibit No. 51/55

The said audio recordings was being produced by the mobile phone make xxx IMEI yyy vide a call recording software installed in respondent phone. Same phone is being used and is in custody or Respondent No. 1. Backup of recordings were taken by respondent No. 1 in Lenovo Brand Laptop of make xxx model yyy bearing sr. No. Zzzz belonging to Mr. Xxxx who is husband of aaaa . Same laptop is being in working condition till then and at present is in custody of Mr. Xxx. Same has been reproduced in DVD and has not been altered in any manner.

 

Sr. No. 4 Emails Submitted Vide Exhibit No. 51/48 & 51/50

The said Email for passport dispatch was been received from passport.admin@passportindia.gov.in an official Email ID Of Passport office (Government of India) to Petitioner Email ID xys@yahoo.com on 12.03.15 at 10.32 PM and at the time of receiving email and at present also it is being used by present petitioner. Same Email without any altercation has been reproduced by mechanical means i.e. Printer.

 

• The Said Email for GSRTC Ticket was been received from eticket@gsrtc.in an official Email ID of Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation to petitioner Email ID sbc@yshoo.com on 02.05.17 at 9.42 PM and at the time of receiving email and at present also it is being used by present petitioner. Same Email without any altercation has been reproduced by mechanical means i.e. Printer.

Sr. No. 7 Facebook Screen Shots of Profile of Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 Submitted as print out vide Exhibit No. 51/49

Facebook screen shoot was taken by present Petitioner in his owned Lenovo Laptop and same was been pasted in Microsoft word. Colour Printout was taken to present it in court and same has not been altered in any manner.

 

Sr. No. 8 WhatsApp Screen Shots of Threat by Respondent No. 1 to Petitioner Submitted as print out vide Exhibit No. 51/51

WhatsApp screen shoot was taken by present Petitioner in his owned Lenovo Mobile Phone and was stored in Phone Memory card. Same message is still in its original available in Petitioner Phone. Screen shot has been taken as a Colour Printout to present it in court and same has not been altered in any manner.

 

The above-mentioned electronic evidences are true to best of the knowledge and belief
