When you look at the above statistics, No need to explain, you will find all answers in rate of Acquittal; so these laws are not only misused but grossly misused.
Other than misuse; after filling Section 498A IPC or Domestic Violence case none of the marriage is survived, all endup in divorce.
None of the above laws solved women Problem as most of them filled in revenge or teach a lesson to husband Family thats why conviction rate is less than 20% for last 5 years.
If anyone is defending these laws, be it Government of India / WCD / NCW or any women organisations can show for last 25 years at least a single family is happily living together after filling these cases.
when you see the conviction rate, any BLIND can say its misused more than  used.
Not only that, because of huge volume of false cases now Police and Judges also think all Women are misusing these laws, so real women who suffer may not get justice because of this misuse.
Lastly;
Conviction rate is less than 20%;
None of the family is happy or problem solved after the case
All endup in Divorce
If so why why these cases still exists
