The instant revisional application has been filed in view of the pendency of an application before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court – III, Barasat, 24-Parganas (North).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he wishes to contact his son, Debarshi De over electronic media including video call on regular basis. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the custody of the son, Debarshi De is with his mother-the opposite party no.1.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.1 submits that he has no objection if the petitioner-father is permitted to establish contact with his son via video-conference or through electronic media including video calls thrice a week at the convenience of the mother and the son.

In view of the submission made on behalf the opposite party no.1, C.O. 1159 of 2020 along with CAN 4782 of 2020 stands disposed of.

The petitioner is granted liberty to contact his son via video conference or through electronic media including video calls thrice a week at the convenience of the son and his mother.

All other issues are left open to be decided before the learned Trial Court at the state of proceedings.
