This is NCRB reply we received for our RTI which shows 82.4% acquittal in 2019. we are not showing any fake statistics like Feminists, this is from Official NCRB records. Feminists will show only how many complaints/cases are filed without showing how many endup in acquittal. in 2019 total 5486 cases filed under Section 498A IPC.
