As per Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India, everyone is equal before Law, so everyone should treated equally without any partiality, by government or Law. If anyone is not obeying this then they are going against Constitution of India and going against Law and against Country.
In India if a Women beat a Man then that’s treated as bravery without thinking he is a criminal or Innocent; no one is verifying when women says, he is rapists, everyone will take his turn to beat him, even kill him. As per current situation any women can file false case on anyone, even beat him in broad day light, in front of everyone even he is not guilty no one will listen to him, even Police will charge him with whatever as women says.
Later many such cases turn to be false or filled in motive to make some quick money or Name.(eg: Recent Model/DIG of Bombay)
If man do same thing, first of all no one will believe, instead charging women for her mistake Police will book man and no charges for women.

Beena Asha, a resident of Jai apartments in Jayanagar Bangalore, had come for jogging with a male relative to the Lakshman Rao park in the same locality on Friday morning around 8. As she kept doing the workout, a man sitting nearby started making lewd gestures and sounds.
She ignored it for some time. As he continued doing it, she lost her cool, went near him and chastised him. As a crowd gathered, he tried to escape. Beena chased him on the main road, made him to go on his knees and kicked him with her jogging shoes. She also collected his bike number and complained to the Jayanagar police.
He has been identified as Somsunder, manager of the sales division of a telecom firm. He is married and has a child. He told the police that he was on his way to leave his bike for servicing at a workshop which was to open at 9 am. As there was still a lot of time, he had come to the park to while away the interim period.
The police have booked him under IPC 354A and seized the bike. The relative who was with her captured the entire string of events on his mobile and circulated it on WhatsApp and also passed it to the police. The clipping is said to be the hottest one in circulation.
In above incident, she should have reported this to Police, but she took law into her hand, beat man on street for that She got name as ACT OF BRAVERY, no one checked how much truth is there in her act, even Police charged him only based on her statement.
Why there is no charges on her for beating Man ?
Why she was not charged for molesting him ?
Why there is no charges on her for outraging modesty of a Man ?
WHY ?
if he was charged then she should be charged for above crimes too.
Now you know who is going against CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
Why everyone is not treated equally? or its mockery of Constitution ?
