There was a judgment saying “Marriage doesn’t mean consent for SeX”
It was in favor of women and against men, also portraiting men as RAPISTS, or of MARITAL RAPE, and many Feminists many time openly said , All men come home drunk and rape their wife.
At the same time if Man is not feeling to have sex, same Feminists Brand him as IMPOTENT.
If women is not ready for sex, why she want to get marry. For majority Indians, marriage is only way to sex, as Government is not legalising Prostitution.
If Law says “Marriage doesn’t mean consent for sex”
Then “Marriage doesn’t mean, husband should give her FOOD CLOTH AND SHELTER” common man exclaimed.
but our biased law says BEG BORROW OR STEAL BUT PAY YOUR WIFE
