But why a wealthy, successful businessman commit suicide?

As per him he was charged or accused in false charges, and it is true many commit suicide when they are charged / accused with FALSE charges than the crime they committed.

In India also many men commit suicide when they are accused with FALSE case of dowry case or Domestic violence as indian Legal system / Law and Police register case without any proof on just words of any women. even there are reports some false cases of Rape filed on men who never met, there was recent news women claimed a Man raped her in dream and Police registered case on man

in this situation its difficult to prove false accusation, may be that's the reason he decided to END life
