every time law is gender biased recently a minor couple has flown from there residences together and when police caught them girl revealed that they had sex. Then only boy has been booked for rape under posco. my question is why no action has been taken against girl.

Law should equal to all gender.. article 21 of the Indian Constitution tells about equally and equal law..so law must apply to all gender..
